Reston, VA — U.S. Geological Survey has awarded A3 Tech Solutions LLC a multi-year Service Desk contract valued at $23.9 million, strengthening the agency’s nationwide IT support operations.
Awarded under RFP 140G0122R0008 and competed among two bidders, the FY23–FY27 contract was issued through the GSA 8(a) STARS III contract vehicle (IDV 47QTCB21D0302). The award includes an initial obligation of more than $3 million and reflects USGS’s confidence in A3 Tech Solutions’ ability to deliver scalable, high-quality end-user support services essential to the agency’s scientific and operational mission.
The contract positions Sharp Solutions, Inc., as managing partner of A3 Tech Solutions, as a key contributor to modernizing and sustaining USGS’s IT service delivery model. Through this engagement, the team will provide comprehensive service desk operations supporting users across the agency’s diverse and geographically distributed environment.
