The 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Best-in-Class vehicle that provides federal agencies flexible access to customized IT services and IT services-based solutions from SBA-certified 8(a) small businesses. It supports requirements both within and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

The contract expands access to emerging technology capabilities, allows for sole source orders up to the 8(a) competitive threshold, and features limited protestability for awards up to $10 million. Agencies also benefit from built-in market research, free scope review services, and expert acquisition guidance.

8(a) STARS III is set aside exclusively for SBA-certified 8(a) firms delivering commercial and non-commercial IT solutions.
